With 19 years of experience in the financial technologies sector, Bülent Bulut has joined the advisory board of Fineksus. This partnership aims to enhance Fineksus’ innovative solutions in the FinTech ecosystem.

Bülent Bulut has an extensive background in Web2 and Web3 technologies, focusing on fraud, risk, payment systems, tokenomics, and auditing. He has provided consultancy services to over 25 companies and has been involved in over seven local and global payment systems and cryptocurrency licensing projects. Bulut also actively supports the startup ecosystem through mentorship, contributing to platforms such as ITU, Startupbootcamp, TEB Girişim Evi, and TT Ventures.

Founded in 2002 in Istanbul, Turkey, Fineksus offers technical consultancy, outsourcing, and independent/SaaS solutions for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and financial messaging software. Since 2013, the company has been managing its operations in the GCC region from its office in Dubai, UAE. Fineksus’ products and services are used by over 95% of Turkey’s banking sector, making it a market leader in compliance and financial messaging solutions. The company aims to expand its global reach in AML and financial messaging solutions.
